At Fitshop, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't perfect, we make the return process seamless and straightforward.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
